THIS IS ME

I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor in North London, with over eight years of experience in the charity and private sector.

 

I have seen over the years many clients change their perspective and way of looking at their issues. Together, and in a non-judgmental, nurturing environment, clients are able to feel safe and supported in looking at many different challenges they may come across.

 

Over the years I have worked with couples and individuals. I have experience in mindfulness and meditation. I have been involved in setting up mindfulness practice in schools and have also held meditation workshops, to help people develop basic meditation techniques.

 

I have a flexible and empathetic approach.  With my warm, healing guidance I am happy to help facilitate you on the journey towards self-awareness and ultimately change. The counselling environment that I provide is one of confidentiality and integrity.

 

I am a registered and accredited member of UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and I work within its ethical principles. (Dip Psych, MBACP). I am also trained in mindfulness and EFT (emotional freedom technique).

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) – 4 years training at CCPE, Maida Vale

  • Certificate in Fundamentals of Counselling and Psychotherapy

  • EFT (emotional freedom technique) level 1-3- Viv Fogel

  • Mindfulness – stress reduction course

  • Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychotherapy and Counselling Supervision. UKCP accredited. 

  • Couples Therapy Training – the centre for systemic constellations – 2 years- Judith Hemming  

  • Meditation Techniques

  • Teenage Self-harm Workshops
